Although the concept of self-care can be problematic (e.g. individualizing issues that are systematic, also see the "Self as other" zine) I think it can be a helpful practice.
Me time evening
I often have calls or meetings in the evening, so I have made it a practice to block one evening in the week (usually on a weekday) in my calendar for myself. The schedueling of this evening is part of my weekly review.
